The Homes at Mirada is Bend’s newest “affordable” (*sigh* I simply can’t come up with a satisfactory alternative) develpoment. Located east of 27th on Butler Market – if you ever drive this way you have inevitably dealt with the road work that is a product of the construction- with the entrance to the neighborhood at Butler Market and Eagle.
Edge Development should have the first model done sometime around this July, until then we have floor plans and renderings to go off of.
The finishes should be higher-end that a lot of the other “affordable” (I’ve just decided to use quotations every time I use that word from now on) neighborhoods available right now.
It is too early in construction for any houses to be sold yet, but even so we have been getting a ton of interest on the development.
Prices range from $179,000 for 1240 Sq. Ft. to $259,900 for 1841 Sq. Ft.
